Aberdeen Student Property: construction timeline

Detailed construction updates and images of Aberdeen Student Property, our purpose built property in Scotland.

This new build development consists of 30 en-suite purpose built bedrooms spread across four levels.

Each 6-bed apartment has its own kitchen and communal space, making it an attractive option for students at Aberdeen’s three universities.

Due to the prime city centre location, proximity to the universities and college as well as local amenities, this property will experience sustained high demand. This ensures it will remain a sought-after asset for future investors.
