What is the French Leaseback Scheme?

The French Leaseback scheme ensures that investors make a steady return on their property regardless of tourist rental. Essentially, investors purchase a freehold agreement to rent the property for a period of time (usually 9 years) and then agree to allow a management company to rent it out for the duration of the lease.
