Investor Reports: We create a comprehensive Investor Report for each property. Downloading these (available on this website) will present you the key findings from our research - reasons to invest, the location, the credibility of the professionals involved, the financials (including ROI calculations), the purchase process and more.
Additional Information: There is always a host of additional information for each property, including, floor plans, prices & availability and relevant research.
At all times our focus is on matching the right property for you with no pressure.
From signing the contract through to taking full ownership of the property we are on hand at all stages to advise, remove any barriers and to ensure that the right real estate professional is working on your behalf.
Once you have made a reservation your lawyer will perform all the necessary checks on the land, planning permission, environmental licences, etc. This leads to the purchase contracts being signed and the first payment being made.
After this, you can really sit back and wait for the development to be completed. You will receive regular construction updates with photos.
Upon completion, the final payment is made typically utilising finance (often organised by the developer on your behalf), title of the property is handed over to you and arrangements are made by the property management company to operate the property.
During this process we are always on hand to provide any assistance you may require.
Operating the property
Crucially all of our investments are designed to be 'hands free' for the investor. This means real estate professionals are incentivised to operate your property both responsibly and profitably without the need for you, the investor, to be involved in the day to day operations.
Upon completion the rental management program will be initialised, this includes setting up the furniture and all the other procedures such as registering the property with the utility companies.
The property will be marketed and rented through a variety of methods depending on each individual property, for example.
Reselling the property
At some point in the future even though the rental returns maybe high you may want to exit your investment to realise the capital growth. The exit strategy is crucial and something we look at carefully before recommending any of our properties.
We will always market your property ourselves anytime in the future. We will also recommend some local agents to the property in order to resell it to the local market.
