Reputation ensures high student demand

In the demand driven UK university system created by the deregulation of national student intake levels, Durham’s high ranking ensures that it will continue to attract the best students from around the world.

Its prestigious reputation also ensures that Durham will be able to meet its target of doubling its student population size at Queen’s Campus in Stockton-on-Tees over the next four years, while driving demand for our Durham House student property

“Our success in this global league table is a tremendous reflection on everyone who works at Durham where we are doing world-class research across all three of our faculties, in sciences, social sciences and health, and the arts and humanities.”

– Professor Stuart Corbridge, Vice-Chancellor, Durham University
